In 2002 founded the HORVATH A. & Co. LAW OFFICES, as managing attorney at law and has been acting ever since.
Dr. Horvath had his legal training internships abroad, in Berlin, Bucharest, Dublin, Madrid, Santiago de Chile and Tel Aviv.
